Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
• Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@fireflylllt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@fireflylllt.com.
